What if I don’t like the piece once I have it in my space?

At Mondo, our reputation is everything. We understand how important it is that your new artwork fits your space perfectly. If, after seven (7) days, you’re still not convinced that the piece is for you, we will gladly exchange the work.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If you decide you are unhappy with your artwork, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If, however, you are returning the artwork due to it arriving in a damaged state, Mondo Art Gallery will accept responsibility for return shipping costs.

I can’t decide! Can someone help me choose an artwork?

* Please note: For private buyers, our art consultancy service is only available in Victoria. Interstate corporate buyers who require our services for several spaces are welcome to arrange a face-to-face appointment, subject to the payment of a small additional fee to cover our travel expenses.
