Terms and conditions
The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions. Mondo Art Gallery will be referred to as ‘MAG’. The website will be referred to as ‘the Site or Services’.
Transactions of Artworks are done via a secure Squarespace site using Stripe technology for processing payments. Stripe is certifies to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. Stripe.com (link)
The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You understand and agree that MAG uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colours of Original Works of Art, Sculpture and Printed Works accurately via the Site and Services. However, because individual computer monitors may display colours differently, MAG is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any Original Works of Art, Sculpture or Printed Works displayed on the Site or Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard
MAG reserves the right to cancel any order if MAG determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site or Services. If MAG cancels an order placed via the Site or Services, MAG will send you an apologetic email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.
Delivery should take between 2-7 days (for original works) depending on where the destination is. Delivery time is longer for international clients, framed works and printed works. MAG will get in contact with you regarding delivery times for these two categories. Most artworks will not have glass but require substantial packaging so they are not damaged in the delivery process.
We accept returns if the artwork is not as you imagined if you notify us within a 7 (seven) day time period.
Change of mind
Due to the subjective nature of art, we are happy to accept exchanges – not refunds. We will go out of our way to help you choose another work and to ensure your second piece is a keeper. You will be given credit to use within a year of the return date. This can be given to someone else, if you wish.
